We just had it appraised and it came back at $425,000 (can share the appraisal if interested). The side door in the carport is currently just an entrance to the basement apartment (with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom). But it looks like it used to be all connected to the upstairs, with an entrance to the basement from the upstairs kitchen, so we expect it could all probably be changed back to be like that if somebody didn't want the basement apartment.
